COLLECTING WRISTBANDS
One ticket will get first-come, first-served entry to shows and venues.
You will exchange your ticket for a wristband on the day and then it’s first-come, first-served into all venues. Please note we cannot guarantee access to any show but there will always be something else on in another venue!
You will need to collect a wristband, whether you have bought a ticket from Skiddle, or are on the guestlist. There are two places to collect these from and please, please be noted (!!), at peak periods, this might take a little bit of time if there are queues, so please give yourself ample time to collect if you are coming specifically for a show. We’ll go as fast as we can but we really recommend coming as early as possible on the day plus there is so much amazing stuff to enjoy all day!

NOTES FOR FAMILIES
Children are more than welcome but please note that SHAKE THE HIGH ROAD is not an event designed specifically for children so please ensure they are not causing issues to other patrons and staying quiet (where possible!) during performances that require a respectful atmosphere. Each venue will have a curfew on when under 18s will have to leave and we shall be confirming this nearer the time and posting here, but we estimate around 9pm for most venues. Children under 8 can come in venues free (accompanied by an adult) but 8-17 year olds will require a ticket. Please note, we may ask for ID on anybody with a child’s ticket who looks over 18.
* Please note there are no cloakrooms in any venues.
* Dogs are not allowed into any of the shows due to crowd numbers.
* There is extremely limited to space for buggies and prams so please note this when attending, and buggies/prams cannot be taken into the Leytonstone Social live music spaces due to space.
FAQS ON THE FESTIVAL
* All venues require a SHAKE THE HIGH ROAD ticket for entry, apart from the Wake ‘N’ SHAKE Family Disco @ St John’s Church Hall from 11am till 12.30pm (90 mins). Patrons to this will be asked to leave the venue at 12.30 and the venue will open for ticket holders only from 1.30pm.
* Please note that all venues are first-come-first-served. We will do our best to accommodate everyone but demand for some shows may exceed supply and when this happens, it will be a one-in, one-out policy. We cannot guarantee entry to any show so please arrive nice and early for shows you are particularly keen to see!
* In St John’s Church, please arrive in plenty of time for shows to get seated as quickly as possible. Please keep mobile phones turned to silent, and filming and photos to a minimum so as not to distract other attendees and the artists. At busy shows, please fill up empty seats beside you to avoid people having to stand if there are spare seats.
* Drinks cannot leave the venues and be brought into other venues, so please finish them before moving to the next show.
We hope you have a wonderful day in E11 enjoying some amazing music!
Please contact us on info@shakethehighroad.com if you have any questions in advance. We will try and help resolve any concerns in advance!
